If you are not seeing meal options that excites you, follow the below steps to update your meal preferences.
Step 1: Select Your Dietary Needs
- After logging in to your account, navigate to "Settings" and select "Dietary Needs". Choose from options like vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, low-carb, or dairy-free. It is crucial to update your allergy field from the start.
- You can update these anytime to fit your changing health goals or preferences.
Step 2: Pick Your Flavor Profiles
- Do you prefer spicy, mild, savory, or something sweet?
- Select from a variety of cuisine styles – Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, and more – to match your cravings.
Step 3: Customize Portion Sizes and Meals per Week
- Choose how many meals you want each week and portion sizes that suit your appetite. In general,
- Small includes 50g of carbs and 50g of protein,
- Medium includes 80g of carbs and 80g of protein, and,
- Large includes 100g of carbs and 100g of protein.
- Specific macro information will be available at the next step when you finalize your customized meal kit.
Once you have updated your preferences, you will only see relevant options in your personalized Weekly Menu.
