At ZenFresh, we understand that sometimes you may need to pause or cancel your membership. We’ve made the process simple and straightforward. Follow these easy steps to cancel your membership:
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
- Go to the ZenFresh website or open the app.
- Enter your login credentials to access your member dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to Subscription Settings
- In your dashboard, locate the “Account” or “Subscription Settings” section.
- Click to open your managing options for your subscription plan.
Step 3: Choose to Cancel Membership
- Look for the “Cancel Membership” or “End Subscription” button/link.
- Click this option to begin the cancellation process.
Step 4: Follow the Cancellation Prompts
- You may be asked to select a reason for cancellation (help us improve our service!).
- Review the cancellation terms, including any cutoff times affecting upcoming deliveries and billing.
- Confirm your cancellation.
Step 5: Receive Confirmation
- After confirming, you will receive an email verifying your membership cancellation.
- Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle or delivery period.
Important Notes:
- Canceling your membership before the cutoff time (usually 5 days prior to delivery) stops all upcoming deliveries.
- If you cancel after the cutoff, your next scheduled delivery may still be processed and charged.
- You can reactivate your membership anytime by logging back into your account and selecting a plan.
